SHIPPING POLICY
I currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping of custom orders is determined by order due to the packaging requirements of difference sized orders.

Please note gift packs may be packaged differently for shipping than shown on the product listing. This is to give them the best change of arriving safely and of course I will always do my best to make sure it is a beautiful package to receive.

Whilst I do ensure I carefully package and protect my cookies (after all they are like my little babies!), unfortunately what happens to them once they leave my hands is out of my control. I do not accept any responsibility for any breakages that occur in transit, nor offer any refunds or credits.
PICK UP SERVICE
Pick up is available from Ocean Grove at a pre-arranged time.

For custom orders a mutually agreeable time will be determined for pick-up, and you received a reminder with full details of pick-up location the day prior.

For pre-sale orders, the date of pick up will be noted in the product listing. Please note that once you have placed an order you have agreed to the pick up time noted.
