How do I place an order? For custom orders please complete my enquiry form on this website with all requested details and I will get back to you with a preliminary quote. Once confirmed, I will send you an invoice for full payment. Please remember your order is only secured in my diary once payment is received. For pre-order events such as Fathers Day, Halloween and Christmas, please head to my shop page and place your order here. Please ensure you take note of the pickup times noted in each item description.

How much notice do you need?I request a minimum of 2 weeks notice. However due to my limited availability I do regularly book out, so I recommend booking as soon as possible. I do regularly post my availability on my stories in Instagram. If you have a last minute request please do get in contact and I will do my best to accomodate you, but please understand the design options may be limited and a 20% rush fee may apply to your order. Of course this will all be discussed and agreed before you book and pay.

How long do your cookies last? Each cookie is individually heat sealed in a bag which means they stay fresh for up to 6 weeks unopened. Of course, they never last that long in my house! Once opened, it is best to eat them within 24-48 hours. In the case of your event being postponed, it is worth noting my cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. Instructions on how to do this safely are included on your 'thank you' provided with your order. With this in mind, it can be worth considering booking your order for collection a week or two prior to your event, to save you from a last minute collection, or in the event that I am booked out for your event date.

How should I store my cookies? Each cookies comes individually packaged in a heat-sealed bag. If kept in a cool, dry place they will last 6 weeks or even longer. It is very important to keep them out of direct light as the colours can fade.

Do you make gluten-free or vegan cookies?Unfortunately I don't sell gluten-free or vegan cookies as I bake from a council-registered home kitchen so cannot ensure the kitchen is free from allergens.
